Can I have multiple line items for one purchase?

To my knowledge, you cannot currently do that. However, you can create a purchase for each line item and then just make sure to put the PO number you use inside each purchase (go to the Purchase List and edit the Purchase to enter this information). You could then create a report for the total cost of the PO pretty easily.

What a bummer, you would think this would be a no brainer. I have been creating 2nd and 3rd purchases making ref to the PO, its just a lot of busy work. Hopefully this will be looked at in future releases.

I agree. I actually talked to one of the developers at Spiceworks about this very thing not too long ago. Maybe we’ll see some development around it soon.
