PowerShell to reset IE-11?

I have a Citrix environment where the user is very locked down. Now I need to reset Internet Explorer 11 without modifying a birds nest of GPOs. I was looking at PowerShell but I need to run it on running users logged into the server, not on myself. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know of a way to reset IE 10 and 11 back to default via command line? I had an issue where there were many IE settings applied via GPO. Some of which were causing issues with some sites. I have removed all IE GPO settings except homepage. I restarted a test machine, and the issues still existed. I reset IE via the GUI and all is well now.
