I am back on Atera as a trial for a new client. I’ve used it in the past. One thing I’m surprised still doesn’t exist after all this time. Is it not possible to print all tickets for a client? I find one of the most common requests by clients is someone wants to sit down and review all activity, going through all open and recently closed issues. Can a report not be generated for this?
