I’ve recently replaced 2 machines with new windows 10 machines, added all printers from our server with the same drivers installed as usual but these two machines have a weird issue. In control panel users can change printer settings/properties, but when going to print in Adobe Reader DC clicking properties simply does nothing

I’ve been bashing my head against this issue for an hour or so by now and can’t quite figure anything out. All registry keys look fine, users have same permissions as before, no change to GP and I’m at a loss, does anyone have any ideas?

2 Spice ups

WHich registry entries are you referring to? This post?

It wasn’t those exact keys as it’s reader dc, but my coworker looked at them and said they looked fine, so in hindsight that isn’t very helpful, as soon as I have access to the workstation again I can a post screenshot of the keys, sorry.

If it is only two computers also make sure they have the same updates, pop ups aren’t blocking anything, etc.

Haven’t had any issues with pop ups, all others work except Properties. Attached are the Reg Keys that I was told are fine.

I solved the problem, the only think I can think of doing was removing the printer, changing the security settings to allow user full control, forcing a gp update on the workstation, then removing permissions and forcing another gp update and re-adding
got an email 5 minutes later saying everything was working.
Thank you Rockn for taking the time to help me with this.
