We are looking to find a PM software solution to use in multiple departments at the organization. What are some of the software that you have used and possible a couple of the Pros and Cons. We have look at Hive, Monday.com, Smartsheet’s but wanted opinions of others.

It depends on your budget, if you need an on-prem, cloud or either, how many users total etc.

If you are a 365 customer, what about Project?

For free, but basic you could try Leantime, but there are many others out there both free and paid. It comes down to your specific requirements, which you’ve not listed.

What must it do, what would be nice to haves and what do you simply not need?

@rod-it We can do either on-prem or Cloud. As far as users we are maybe talking 10-15 max as we are a smaller organization. We don’t use 365 as we use on-prem exchange. We are looking for software that will allow us to create milestones in the project and uses a Gantt charts so we can track the progress of each task. Reporting would be a plus so we could report to our board. I would like to have integrations with Teams and Outlook at the very least as hopefully we will be making the switch to 365 further down the road.

Depending on where you go with 365, MS Project has much of what you want.

Leantime has milestones, Gantt charts and projects within projects, but from what I know it does not integrate with anything else at this time, it is however FREE so you might want to download it and have a play.

It supports docker or you can find pre-made turnkey VMs

I use leantime in my lab to help keep myself organized.

Thanks @rod-it Ill be sure to check it out.

In addition to the above suggestions, OpenProject might be of interest to you
