hi all,

im installing psono on a new ubuntu 24.04 vm and looking at this guide

im doing the “installation with docker”, how do i update it to the latest postgres version please as 13 is outdated as looking at the “installation with ubuntu” it says the latest is recommended

also looking at 2a “install psono ce” theres no guide to “installation with ubuntu” just with docker?

but i get an error while trying to migrate the db, i get this error

django.db.utils.OperationalError: connection failed: Connection refused Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections?

ive disabled/stopped ufw

docker ps i see postgres is up and running and when i do a netstat i see 0.0.0.0:5432

anything else ?
