Nothing short of Amazing. This product is great for us to see issues on the servers right away across all of our sites and companies. It has so many options of how to manage your most important systems even though if you have an important system that is also not Windows you can get your server install to ping that to make sure its always up and be alerted if there is a break communication. It can e-mail you about alerts and also on the mobile app it can tell you any issues. 100% recommend this.

Pulseway is one of the best technical products we’ve seen in our industry. The range of technical tasks it allows one to do is comprehensive, from simply rebooting a machine or executing commands from PowerShell, to resetting AD user accounts or monitoring Exchange. The alerting configuration can be customised very granularly. The interface is slick & intuitive on either mobile device or web application, and the dashboard gives an easy single pane of glass to view monitored devices from. With new features being added with each release, and a good support network it’s a fantastic addition to our arsenal, especially compared to some of the other hugely complex RMM tools.

Have yet to find one redeeming quality of this VERY buggy code driven platform. The main difference between this product and other comparable products is the GUI interface, and that is where the difference begins and ends. Doesn’t provide anything many other products do not already do. Doesn’t provide it in a very user friendly structure either. Not to mention, that in some cases, literally having to load one of THREE different applications when trying to accomplish certain tasks, when with comparable products, I am only loading ONE, I struggle to see what value this product brings to an already increasingly crowded table. If Pulseway provided any features no one else was, doing something radically different or even better than their competition, I could see a point. As it stands now, it’s a disjointed, buggy, IT Management tool with a very broken workflow, that only first time users of an IT Management tool would appreciate, having nothing else to compare it to.

From an IT Admin’s perspective I can say that Pulseway has freed me from my office by allowing me to fix business critical issues using my smartphone. Coming from open source alternatives I can say that Pulseway was surprisingly easy to configure and use. I predicted brute-force attacks, renewed my SSL certificates on time (thanks to the SSL monitoring feature) and now I can do my work from wherever I am. Thank you Pulseway for giving me ease of mind!

I’ve been using Pulseway as a home user for 2 years now. I have a lot of computers and devices at home and it’s great to be able to check in with them when I’m at work or abroad. The interface is very user friendly and the various alerts and notifications you can set are so handy. I highly recommend this software.

Pulseway by MMSOFT Design, is in our opinion the most intuitive and easy-to-use Monitoring solution out there. Because it’s so simple, we were able to set up our Monitoring-Environment within days instead weeks or months. As we are a Cloud Service Provider offering Windows, Linux and even Mac OS X VPS, we highly appreciate the support for all platforms. The support staff proved to be very capable and helpful. Strongly recommended!!!

Awesome Product
As a one man shop, I find that Pulseway is a great tool to assist with others in my toolbox. While most of the operations can be done with other products out there, this one is VERY mobile friendly. I am able to pull over and reset user accounts/passwords while on the road with just my phone. I get alerts for updates and people logging into servers. It also lets me know when a server’s memory or CPU is running too high.

Great product for any I.T. Administrator
I have been using Pulseway for a long time and it works great. I started using it back when it was called Mobile or Remote PC Monitor. I use it on about 20 servers and 180 PC’s. Great to monitor if a server goes offline or if someone installs a program on their PC. You can do many things with it. Unlock an active directory account right from your mobile device which I have had to do many times I would get a call that someone locked themselves out and I could just unlock right from my mobile phone. Also had to clear a jammed print queue a few times and is possible from this program. Very powerful program for any I.T. administrator.
What are the pros?
Many pros. It can do alot of things all from a mobile device. I use it every day.

Pulseway is a SysAdmins best friend.
I’ve used every iteration of Pulseway since its original inception as PC Monitor. It’s an extremely powerful monitoring and management application framework. You can do almost everything remotely with a few taps on the mobile app that you can do from an RDP session, but much faster. You can apply updates, run command line commands, run Powershell commands, chat with logged on users, kill processes, check disk space, remove files, and get notifications when things go wrong or when an application opens. It’s been in my SysAdmin toolbox for several years and always will be.
What are the pros?
Pulseway is inexpensive, well-made, sysadmin-friendly, highly configurable, and multi-faceted–meaning that it covers monitoring, notifications, administration, anti-malware, backups, and more.
What are the cons?
Mac and Windows configurations are easy but Linux is still pretty hard to configure. You get a lot of functionality from a default install but to configure it beyond that is more difficult.
