I’m going to need to pocket this term for later use: ‘pure spiciness’

I love spicy foods, but my tolerance isn’t much beyond a serrano pepper. I had no idea capsaicin is hydrophobic. I’m a big fan of Chili Klaus and came across this video of him conducting the Danish National Chamber Orchestra while they all each eat the world’s hottest pepper. This might be the most impressive thing I’ve come across all month.

Yeeaaaaah no. I don’t get the obsession with messing around with stuff you shouldn’t be eating for internet points. It can go very very badly, as in hospitalized badly. Not worth it.
