I use to have the Rackspace e-mail monitor in Spiceworks working great, but then I had to do a re-install and now when I ad the Rackspace Cloud E-mail Service to Spiceworks it only gives me “We did not find any email domains” after it finishes it scan. I have removed Rackspace from my Spiceworks panel, reset the API’s at Rackspace, then reintegrate the Rackspace Cloud E-mail Service into Spiceworks and get the same error. I am logging in with the same account info I use on Rackspace’s cpanel.
any Ideas???

Which exact version? There was a bug regarding this that was fixed in our latest release, 7.4.00070:
- 64030 Rackspace Email plugin - error where no email domains are returned
Thank you all for the suggestions, I did have version 7.4.00065, but now it is 7.4.00070. However now the Rackspace is stuck in “scanning…” and doesn’t show anything. Getting Closer! 
Any other suggestions? I am Stumped…
Try removing and re-entering the credentials again. Also, restart if you haven’t already.
Yep, did that, also did an uninstall of spiceworks, restarted the computer, re-installed, and I get the same thing.
Can you try resetting the APIs? It may also be waiting for the next scan to run before getting the information, so we may have to just give it some time.
Just removed the integration, reset the API at rackspace, added the rackspace integration back in and it is scanning. Time to go home, so I’ll check it in the morning. Thank you for Helping!
Sorry to say that didn’t work either, could it be the browser, I am using Chrome, but then again I used Chrome before.

Glad I found this discussion - I just encountered this same issue on 7.4.00075. I can also email logs if it would help.
