Remote Office Scanning

I am a new Spice Works user. I have three locations and wish to scan client computers in each location. All my locations are connected using a VPN connection. I can ping clients from my Spice Works server. When I do a scan, only computer from my local subnet show up. All computers are on a Windows 2008 Domain.

You can scan though the VPN, you may need to add it into the network scan area - settings - network scan.

And also be able to ping the devices on the other sie.

I can ping that subnet. I created a scan just for that subnet. Any additional settings?

Nope should scan it now on next scan.

You will need to ensure all the WMI and DCOM ports are open though the VPN
