Looks like this is an ongoing problem with several versions.

Are there any solutions? or do I just uninstall?

Is this just happening on the remote site? Are the IP address ranges and proper credentials entered on the remote sites? Are any devices showing up on the central site?

Yes, Yes, Yes, no remote devices showing up at central. (this is the only remote site)

Where are you seeing that message? Is it on the central site?

I see it on the remote site when I initiate a scan.

When a remote site runs an inventory scan, all results are sent to the central site. You will not see anything in the inventory section of the remote site itself.

If you separate the sites, make each of them standalone, do any devices get scanned in on that remote site?
