It’s high performance, low latency remote access. Much more cost effective than alternatives.
Over 30k+ MSPs are using the solution. Furthermore, if you need to remote support iOS devices, Splashtop On-Demand Support with Mobile can even enable real-time remote view of iOS devices across Internet / 3G/ 4G networks… the only solution in the industry capable of remote viewing iOS screen live.

I’m here to answer any question.

I’ve used Bomgar in the past and really liked it.

I love teamviewer, just so easy and seems to just work most of the time.

CON: Price

Nice to have: a CMD option not having to open a GUIsession but just rin cmdline\powershell remote

If you want an easy to implement on-premises remote IT support solution, check Goverlan Reach .

It includes:

  • One of the most comprehensive system management toolkit
  • A powerful Remote Desktop Access product which supports multiple monitors, Citrix / RDP session shadowing / Audio chat / Multi computer screen monitoring
  • Can be used to remote control / manage endpoints that are within your network but also outside (unattended or on-demand)
  • Is priced per operator, no additional fee for internal endpoint

I am absolutely loving ConnectWise Control (Formerly ScreenConnect). They have both an on-prem edition and a cloud based version as well. You can find out more here: https://www.screenconnect.com/

If you are using MS Office you might already have it…

We use MS Lync

Hi Wade,

If price is the main concern, you might want to check out Techinline FixMe.IT . A single FixMe.IT license allows you to run an unlimited number of concurrent on-demand sessions and manage up to 150 unattended machines (all for less than $1 per day). Besides that, your license can be shared with other technicians provided that it’s used on a single computer at a given time. You can register for a fully-featured 15-day trial here to see if it’s a good fit for your needs.

Thanks for the mention! You can also find out more on our ConnectWise site here: Remote Desktop & Mobile Support Software | ConnectWise ScreenConnect™

A full feature list is available on our old site here , but a couple of key features are:

  • Access from anywhere there is an Internet connection
  • Central web application that serves as the meeting point between your technicians and customers
  • Collaboration with another technician
  • Complete control over branding
  • Drag and drop file transfer
  • 256-bit AES encryption for every session
  • HIPAA and PCI are a few of the supported compliances

You can always start off with a 14-day free trial and see how you feel about it, you get the Premium features along with that for those 14-days. We also have just a Free version of our software for business use, but I’m not sure how applicable it would be in your situation if you have more than one tech and a large number of clients. In any case, please let me know if you have any questions!
