rescan a pc

I have remove a peice of software but still shows up in the pc inventory… I have try remove and rescan network and still hsow up… How do I get a fresh scan of existing computer

After checking that the uninstalled software is no longer in the registry of the offending machine, go to that machines’ Inventory page and there is a refresh button available to rescan just that device.
