Hi spiceworks expert,

Please help me as a spiceworks helpdesk user, when I want to create rules according to custom attributes and cc end users action options, I see a notification of no data available, even though in the user management settings the data is there.
Please advise.

Same behavior, here. A few weeks ago, I had actually created a few rules without issue and they are still working perfectly. However, as of the last week or so, when I try to create a new rule and select “CC End User”, I also get the “No Data Available” message in the dropdown. If I attempt to edit one of the existing rules that are currently working, those dropdowns produce the same result.

There definitely seems to be an issue with that dropdown correctly fetching the list of end users.
