I see that you can get points for doing reviews, but where are they found? Silly question I know, but I can’t seem to find where to do them?

Well Matt, that is what I was looking for, thank you.

I have noticed a problem though, that I’m hoping someone from Spiceworks support will have an idea about. When I look at a category to review, let’s say “hardware”. On the right there will be 10 or so (I didn’t count) entries, and at the bottom the option to go to the next page… 1 2 3 → next … something like that. However, if I hit next (or the number for the next page) the entries that show above do not change. It’s like it is 3 pages of the same products.

Any idea? Chrome issue? (I’ll try IE now)

I am using Chrome and it is doing the same thing to me.

EDIT: If you hover over the links it just says “javascript:void(0);” So it doesn’t seem to have the correct code in the link to actually take you to a new page.

Ya that is what I am experiencing as well… 32 pages of products but I can only see the first page.

I left work last night and left my browser open… this morning the “next” button seems to work properly. I think it must have been an issue on their end.

I was just trying to get the next level, the last ~1000 points seemed to take forever.

Personally I don’t think reviews should be worth points…

At least they have a minimum word requirement so that you don’t have the “works great” or “this sucks” reviews. I do think 25 points is a bit on the high side, but for marketing purposes I can see why they offer points.

Ya I get the rationale … but in the end they are just opinions… and nothing preventing someone from cutting and pasting an existing review… shrug

I had just wondered how some people flew up the Spicy Levels so quickly, and yet had less BA’s / HP’s… Then I noticed how… it feels like cheating a little to me lol.
