Hello, I have a Ricoh Aficio MP C3002 copy machine. We were having trouble with our internet and had a Cox Communications Tech come out and he ended up resetting our modem. Now we can copy, but we cannot scan. Can someone help me with how we can get the scanner feature working again, please? Is it still connected to the network?
