Sorry it looks like you haven’t gotten any responses yet. I am not familiar with the S2 NVR software other than last I knew I think it was an OEM of ExacqVision, but that may have changed.
\nYou can try basic things like reinstall the software/firmware on top of itself and see if that fixes it. And I assume you looked for individual user settings to see if there were specific ones relating to log retention.
\nBut for the most part stuff like this ends up needing to call the manufacturer themselves (in this case S2) directly.
