I have to say that I’m quite frustrated with the fact that we sent you guys an email (via sales@solarwinds.com) showing interest in two of your software packages, and we’ve not heard back from anyone yet. I first emailed on June 9th, and emailed again on June 13th.

This is not a great way to all to make a sale, nor do I have any “warm and fuzzy” about the level of support we will get if we DO end up buying your software…
