We are currently on a trial of Samsung Knox Dynamic, and as such cannot get tech support for some reason.<\/p>\n
We are trying to add apps from the managed Google Play Store, which tells us to connect via our EMM. Knox is our EMM, but when you look on how to add apps from managed Google Play it tells you to use your 3rd party EMM.<\/p>\n
The circular logic is frustrating. I don’t want to use APKs from unsafe sources, but so far it’s the only way to get apps on our fleet of Samsung tabs.<\/p>\n

First of all, you need to confirm you are using Knox Manage (part of the Knox Suite) or Knox Configure Dynamic?<\/p>\n
-Knox Manage:A Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution designed for device management, app deployment, and security policies. It integrates with Managed Google Play.\n<\/p>
-Knox Configure Dynamic: Focuses on device customization (e.g., preloading configurations, kiosk modes). It does not act as an EMM for app management. Cannot directly integrate with Managed Google Play for app deployment.<\/p>\n
-Secondly, resolving the Managed Google Play + Knox Manage issues:<\/p>\n
To deploy apps from Managed Google Play through Knox Manage:<\/p>\n
1. Ensure your Knox Manage tenant is linked to your Google Workspace account (or a standalone Google account) via the Managed Google Play connector. This requires generating an EMM token and JSON credentials in the Google Admin Console <\/p>\n
2. In the Knox Manage console, navigate to Apps > Managed Google Play and synchronize approved apps.<\/p>\n
3.
