Hi there

I hope I’m not the only one with the same issue, can’t seem to find anything on it though.

Currently have a Samsung colour printer using the SyncThru web service.

The printer has 2 alerts, 1 for replacing a roller and the other is the dust cleaner.

The issue I have is that both have been replaced/sorted yet the alerts are still showing active against the machine. It’s not critical as the users can still print but it’s been over a month and just becoming annoying.

Tried HP services are they not useful at all so hence when I’m on Spiceworks.

Any help would be appreicated.

{"@type":"Person
[{"@type":"Answer

I would have to do some checking. Likely there Is a manual reset buried in the menus of the printer or possibly tech mode. Small items like rollers rarely have an automatic reset. The knowledge pool on Samsung products has shrunk dramatically since the buyout.

{"@type":"Person
Repairatrooper
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/Repairatrooper"}},{"@type":"Answer

Hi Trooper. Only makes sense with the HP buyout. It’s a Samsung CLP-775 Series. I can’t find a specific model but it’s that series.

I’ve tried looking at the different manuals and other than a full reset (which I don’t want to do as it being a required network printer) I can’t find antyhing in the base or troubleshooting manual for it.

{"@type":"Person
spiceuser-echfp
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/spiceuser-echfp"}}]}}
