Can anyone tell me where I’m going wrong? Having completed a scan and logged all devices, when the next scan is done, if a device has changed it’s IP address, spiceworks does not seem to find the new IP and reports the devcice offline, even though it’s online. Is there a solution to this?<\/p>\n

Hi Keith - I’ve seen SW sometimes get a bit confused when an IP address changes. The way I found round it (not ideal, but open to suggestion) is to remove the device and allow the re-scan to detect the correct settings. Thanks for the reply.
