I’m tasked with setting up a survey on a tablet (can be based Android or Windows system) at our trade show booth where participants can win a prize. I see a number of companies that can do things like this from search results. Just reaching out for feedback from anyone who might have experience something similar, and what they used and how they felt it went.

We have used Brew Survey that works on both online and offline. We have used this on a event & put this app on kiosk mode to collect visitors feedback. The experience was quiet good and it also provide some questions template that we can ask in the event.

I ended up going with Formstack. Had tried Brew Survey but don’t remember quite what it was about them. Our Survey Monkey account didn’t work. Formstack → Forms had the closest to what we wanted: customizable with fonts and colors. Looked decent in web browser. Automatically go back to blank form after a submission. and easily exportable data.

I will say their support was slow and email only, which I didn’t like.
