Probably having a problem emailing outside your organization. I just wish they would give more details with this type of request. and if you truly believe email isnt working…WHY ARE YOU SENDING AN EMAIL to tell me about it.

My reply to this one is; Yes we did have a little email trouble over the weekend but it is all straightened out now. If you’re reading this then your email problem was fixed also. Please let me know the specifics of any email issues you have today and we’ll get right on it.

I really appreciated this one. It was about a week after she had gotten the new computer.

Please find attached a pix of the front of my new computer. The arrow is pointing to a “battery” looking blue light that is blinking. I have not noticed it before. I thought I should ask in case the button battery was going out….???

That light is an indicator of hard drive activity. You want it to be blinking, so no worries!
