Hi,

I really like the way you can tranck and monitor the software in 5.2.

I have got a bit of an issue where I am getting an alert saying that a piece of software is not compliant.

Spiceworks shows that I have 96 installs and have varified 97? (see attached screen shot)

I can not find out where the extra one has come from.

Any help would be appriciated as it has happened on 2 other bits of software.

What are the total number of software installed or you checked? See below link for scan software overview.

When I run a report for the software it says that there are 96 installs, but when I check the compliance it says 96 installs 97 varified.

The other bit of software shows 2 installs and 4 varified and I know that there are 4 installs of this product.

Looks like you’ve run into a bug! I was able to reproduce the issue internally. We’ve got a defect filed for this. Thanks for helping test out the beta

I’ve just installed rc1 (Version 5.2.74175) and followed Nic request to test this issue.

After running the networkscan and updating the license info, I got the same number of installed and verified software

I also Installed 5.2.74175 Rc1, ran the steps Nic had outlined. The numner of installs matches the number verified.

I have installed and ran tests according to Nic’s guidelines and my verified and installed both match also.

Nic - regarding the message I sent you about cannot find where to enter the key… nevermind, I figured it out.
