Sonicwall integration with spiceworks?

So now that dell has acquired sonicwall are there any plans to add sonicwall integration with spiceworks? you know things like

warranty scanning,

automatic firmware backups when SW detects changes,

integrated sonicwall reports within SW?

etc?

I think that Spiceworks integration would be a WONDERFUL tool to us spiceheads that have Sonicwall devices. I am currently in the process of getting ready to upgrade my small branches to TZ210’s, and being able to get alarms, or look at reports right in Spiceworks would be a lot easier then having to log into each individual firewall. Plus, I could automate the process in Spiceworks and have the reports email out to myself and my fellow IT techs so that we’d have redundancy in the process AUTOMATICALLY! I personally think this would be a big win for Dell and Sonicwall, not to mention us spiceheads!

I am not aware of the roadmap for Spiceworks support/ integration, but I will check with our Sonicwall team and let you know.

Sounds great! How about adding some Quest related integration to Spiceworks as well?
Maybe start with the some of the PowerShell cmdlets that Quest offers.
Wyse integration would be great too (I don’t have one to scan, so it might be there and I missed it).
