Setup a new VPN for a user, running Sonicwall Net Extender, the user can connect to the VPN. They get an IP address and can connect to most of the servers. But there is one server that he tries to connect to gives an error message. I need to post a screenshot of that but wanted to see if anybody had some clues on where to start. It seems like a security issues but I can not figure out where to start. You can actually connect to the server, but when you try to click on one of the drive shares the error comes up.

How are you connecting to the server? I was thinking RDP to start, but when you are talking about clicking on a drive it makes me think SMB mapped drives?

Its just a mapped drive, or if you go to the \servername you get the listing but when you click on one of the shares it pops up a warning. I need to get that exact error message to make sure I am getting all the details.

Okay did some more looking and it has something to do with permissions, its just confusing that the issue would not present it self while connected normally at the users desk.
