Hi, I have some incoming emails in Sophos Central Email that failed to return to M365. The implementation method is through MailFlow. Is there any possibility of trying to resend these emails back to the recipients’ inboxes? I didn’t find any information in the documentation about it.

So the process of resending the emails mostly relies on nature of the delivery failure and the configuration settings you have in place. Do you know /have any notification of why these emails failed to send? Look for any notifications or status codes in Sophos Central that might explain the failure.

Some email security platforms allow administrators to release or retry sending emails from the quarantine or transaction logs. Check if Sophos provides an administrative option to ‘Release’ or ‘Resend’ emails that have failed. If this isnt available the you might need to manually resend them.
