I’m really struggling with SOX compliance for change management. We currently use ManageEngine for ticketing and Change Management. But it’s so very limited on the change side. I can’t add Stages or assign changes to end users for sign off or documentation. I can only mildly change fields and workflows. You can link only one indecent to one change not multiples. We keep hitting snags with auditors to show how things are approved and test and testing at multiple stages.

I’m thinking my only option is to find something else. Does anyone use something that is SOX compliant and customizable so that I can just build out what we need?

I use Redmine right now, not the easiest and is so customizable that it can be an issue. However I have it finely tuned and working absolutely perfect for our application.

Have a look at LepideAuditor to meet the requirements of SOX compliance with numerous pre-defined SOX audit reports.

Looks like that just monitors things that have changed. Which is a good thing to have as we’ve used Netwrix in the past. But I need to be able to show approvals on changes, testing documentation and methodologies in IT and UAT and document them in a way they can be easily shown to auditors. Doesn’t look like that’s what this product does.

SOX Compliance Software from Netwrix can help you with SOX compliance, but I suppose, what you want is some sort of all-in-one solution?

ServiceNow is very good
