Hi all,

i need very help from community for a issue that happens more or less once months.

I have a smtp proxy that analize virus/spam in outgoing an ingoing mails; in that smtp proxy i have configued 6 domains and permit to send mail only from 3 mail server.

When the problem happens we are blacklisted ONLY from SPAMHOUS list but it creates a big problem since my servers leave around 10,000 emails a day and therefore I receive dozens of calls from my colleagues.

have you a workaround for my issue?

I am 100% sure that I have no viruses / trojans on my network.

Thank you so much,

Sorry if I wasn’t clear - by spam like, I meant do these emails have things in them that would seem like spam. Are you including unsubscribe links?
Are you including a disclaimer?
Are you sending to domains like AOL, GMail, Hotmail, etc?
Are you sending these emails through a third party (like Salesforce or NetSuite) and allowing them to use your mail server to do it instead of just having them spoof your email and using their own servers?
Any of these things could trigger spam reports from those same customers and suppliers.
