On a seperate note, you guys have a great facility. We recorded one or two of our CD’s there. I’m from Oakwood Baptist Church in NB.

Yeah, it would be nice. I wonder how many people in SA use Spiceworks. I have a few friends who run IT business using it, but on a very limited scale.

I am interested. We just started implementing Spiceworks for the business. We are in Boerne and would be interested in participating.

Everyone,

Lets set a time and place to get together. CBC or SAKDC are two places we have available. My office is one block south of North Star Mall on San Pedro. Our conference room will seat about 20 - 25, we have a projector and computer we can use to pull up our SW box and play around. Community Bible Church is on the north side of 1604 just east of 281. I have no idea what kind of meeting space is available.

P.S. Looks like Dallas is getting together too. Be it basketball or Spiceworks,we can’t let Dallas or Houston out do us.

we can hold a large group if needed our small conference room holds 10 - 15 or we have go 50 or more and have a lot of space especially if we can do on a friday. Philipmjr just let me know what is best and we will go with it. Thanks!

Hi there!

Glad to see so much interest! If you all can finalize a date, time & place, I can see about the possibility of having a Spiceworks employee drive down to attend your meeting since you’re so close to Austin (one of the perks of having the Spiceworks Headquarters right up I35!)

I would also be interested in attending. I live and work in Fredericksburg, but make frequent trips down to SA.

SA people,

I am thinking some time in September. Monday September 14th or 21st works for me. How about a show of hands for during work hours or after work hours and what day. My facility is available (except for Wednesdays) any time we need it. If we have it during lunch, we have Jimmy Johns and Jason’s Deli close by, both can deliver, along with several other places. We have room for 25 and plenty of parking.

Let me know what you think. Lets get this date and time finalized by Monday, August 24th.

OK IT people of San Antonio and the surrounding area, here is what we have come up with:

SAKDC will provide lunch from Jimmy John’s for 25 people (thank you Clay Roby and Dr. Fiallo). After that we don’t have enough space in our conference room. I have a commitments from XO Communications (thanks Wade) to have a representative here. Ashley, can we still get somebody from Spiceworks? I am trying to get Shoretel (Jeff?) and some others to commit.

I will firm up an itinerary and get it posted later this week.
