I have installed Spicework inventory helpdesk and would like to ask few queries :

  1. From where can I get support if something required for this software?
  2. Can I track cost of each product ? lets say if I have purchased 10 Keyboard and 10 mouse in the entire year then will I be able to pull entire year cost report ?
  3. Can I get the report if I used 5 Mouse out of 10 and 5 Mouse is in spare or in stock?
  4. Can I get Math and analytic report that how much parts replacement has been done in a single system?
  5. Does it provide vendor management.
  6. Can I track my licenses ?

It would be really great if some one can help me in this matter.
