First of all, I think adblockers are a great way to drive people to create pay walls and are basically a great way to get things for free (unless the ads make noise, then they should be blocked), and are thus basically a jerk thing to use.

Having said that, I don’t have an adblocker, and yet for months now almost all (but not all) of the ads I see on the Spiceworks Community tell me I need to white list them, etc. Well, I’m not sure what’s going on here, it seems as though maybe a host some place is being blocked?

What are the host names for Spiceworks ads? How is anyone supposed to white list them or track down DNS issues with it being kept a secret?

It’s tearing me apart, I have to know, I feel like I’m using bandwidth for free here!
