Hey thanks benhar!

Yeah, this works - the script generates a static ICS calendar you can link to in Outlook, but I was considering making ‘non due dated’ tickets into tasks that you could import as well.

I could probably write another one that would actually import those items into your Exchange calendar - wonder if there is something out there already that does this.

{"@type":"Person
Rob-Dunn
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/Rob-Dunn"}},{"@type":"Answer

That would be awesome, so this script creates a new calendar or will it add them to my current calendar?

{"@type":"Person
elijahrosenberg0094
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/elijahrosenberg0094"}},{"@type":"Answer

It creates an ICS file which you can double-click and view in Outlook. Currently, I don’t have anything that actually brings it into Outlook, although that may change…

There also may be other utilities that can do this.

Rob Dunn has written a cool script for this: http://community.spiceworks.com/scripts/show/621-sync-ticket-and-it-services-due-dates-to-calendar
I think it’s still a work in progress but should get you what you want.
