Hi, I’m about to take over a new site that currently uses TFS for their devs but has no helpdesk in place.<\/p>\n
I am thinking SpiceWorks will be a good option for them as it always worked well for me in the past.<\/p>\n
I have looked at discussions about integrating SW with TFS but they are all fairly old and a but to much DIY for me.<\/p>\n
Has anyone created a plugin or a how-to guide that I could follow to get this working?<\/p>\n
I would love it if I could get a ticket in SW and click a button to create a task in TFS and monitor that task so the ticket gets updated when the task is updated or done. A lot to ask I know but fingers crossed…<\/p>\n

That’s likely going to be tough - we no longer have an actionable API that will allow you to call out of Spiceworks, so I’m not sure you can accomplish what you want.
