Can we please get an API platform for cloud help desk so I can automate different things, specifically reporting?

There is currently no API to access, reporting can be done via PowerBi, which you should be able to schedule.

I’m not sure an API will be on the list of to-do.

Rather than split this request into multiple topics, I’m going to direct you to an existing feature request that has asked for this already.

REST API Spiceworks Support

Having a REST API would be nice to be much helpful as not having this seems to be a disadvantage now a days. It’s unlikely that Spiceworks will create connectors for MS Teams/PowerAutomate, and other solutions, but at least having a REST API we can then customize our integration/automation as desired. P.S.- unrelated but this feature requests page should have it’s own search field. Not going through 28+ pages to see if this request has already been added.

I suggest adding your vote by spicing up the initial topic post. Note that it has been open since January 2022 but does have 28 spice-ups versus this topic’s two so it has a bit more traction.
