Is there not a Spiceworks app for techs to access the helpdesk?

Welcome to the community! There was but they have recently moved to all into a web interface. They have been removed from the iOS AppStore and Google play store while not affecting existing installations.

How do we get notifications on our phones without an app? Is it only through email?

I started having login issues with the app a few weeks ago and finally decided to reinstall…only to discover it is no longer available. This stinks, the app was wonderful.

It depends. If you’re referring to the mobile app for the Cloud Help Desk, then we recently started alpha testing one:

If you’re talking about for the Legacy Desktop 7.5 application, then no. The desktop app is scheduled to be EOL’d at the end of this year:

the mobile app and how do I get an invite for alpha app, I have test flight on my iPhone SE 2020

If you’re looking to test the iOS mobile app for Cloud Help Desk, the above link has that details under the iOS section:

Yes sir there is or there was,

I have it on my iPhone and wanted to put it on my iPad but can no longer find it in the app store. It works great for “Drive by Tickets”

Thanks for the reply,
