we have the on-premise version installed in our network and we plan to upgrade it to cloud version. we use Spiceworks for inventory and ticketing

I want to know the pros and cons of both the on-premise version and the cloud version.

Main pain on the Cloud Help-desk is less reporting and limited inventory, also no regex for ticket rules so far. Also less customization than the local hosted help-desk.
