I got an email and message from the team earlier today saying I made the next level…which is all good but I can see from my profile that it still shows the earlier level and points (I saw a higher level of points this morning).
Just wondering what’s going on with the account?

It might be due to points subtracting after posts or threads were deleted, or a Best Answer/helpful post got switched to someone else.
