Let me try to explain the logic on this.<\/p>\n
You show for open ticket notifications that all admins are notified for unassigned tickets.<\/p>\n
You show for tickets that are assigned that Assigned Admins and CC’d Admins are notified.<\/p>\n
You want a notification to go out to Assigned Admins and CC’d Admins when a ticket is created - this is covered under the first one of open ticket notification to all admins.<\/p>\n
The issue is when an admin creates a ticket and doesn’t assign it (probably your issue). There is no other notifications sent out because an admin is aware of the ticket (they opened it).<\/p>\n
