Been trying to watch some webinars for over two weeks now but the video keeps stopping and then saying media clip not found.
Not our connection as it was put through a thorough test by BT last night.

Can you provide links to the webinars that aren’t working for you? I just finished watching an older webinar a few minutes ago so it may be that the ones you’re trying to watch are having issues.

Hey Dan,
If you can provide the URLs for the videos, like Patch mentioned, I’ll let the proper folks know so we can see if there’s something going on from this end.

Hey Dan,
It works for me in IE11. I don’t know what browser you’re using but chrome 64bit has on and off issues with any kind of videos, sometimes youtube doesn’t work sometimes it does, it’s a finicky program so if you’re using chrome I would stick with 32bit.
See pic. left Chrome x64, right IE11

Hey Dan,
It looks like the video is working so far from this end as well (Firefox). I’m going to let the video play on my end and see if the problem pops up later one in the clip, though. I’ll let you know what I find!

Hey Dan,
The video just finished rolling on my end and I didn’t have any issues. Do you have any sort of content filter that might be blocking the videos?
