Hello all

Currently we’re looking for some sort of support software similar to something a help desk would use (or in fact what a help desk would use) where like If user says A), the problem could be C) or like some sort of checklist thing

Does anyone know what sort of software would be best suited for this kind of thing? Software needs to be free.

Those features are pretty standard in most help desk software, If you are on a tight budget you can use OSTicket, if you have a little bit to spend then i highly suggest Numera Footprints.

Are these just ticketing systems though as we already use Spiceworks?

Like just a check-list to go through to figure out the problem, reason being I’m leaving in 2 weeks and my manager wants something so my replacement can understand the 5 different types of “the system is broken”
