I see you are at it again - doing everything in your power to force customers to upgrade to your new version. I am getting a host of complaints now from third-parties who co-manage my v13 clients and who use V14 to do that, They are suddenly being kicked out after 5 minutes with a message that the remote host needs to be upgraded from v13 to v14 because it “will be deprecated soon.” Really? Deprecated?

WayneD - TeamViewer is asking that all free users move to version 14. We are not forcing anyone with a paid version of 13 to upgrade. We have an article in our Community that explains this in detail - Updating to the latest and greatest version of TeamViewer. — TeamViewer Support Hopefully that clarifies the situation.
Best,
Jon
You are in effect as good as forcing the issue. If a third-party with V14 attempts to connect to a V13 host it will kick them out with the message I quoted:
So while you may claim you are not doing this - you are creating a whole lot of confusion and complication, with only one easy solution - upgrade to V14. Sneaky and typical.
