HP has a good range of thin clients that are compatible with Azure check out HP ThinPro. Ive also heard of 10ZiG has some really customizable thin clients and their management software is free with their devices.

Never tried it but Get ChromeOS Flex for PC or Mac – Chrome Enterprise should be able to run Azure Connect to Azure Virtual Desktop with the Remote Desktop client for Android and Chrome OS - Azure Virtual Desktop | Microsoft Learn . Experiment with it.

At my previous company we often deployed Dell Wyse at our clients.
That was a good working product.
