I have some problems with my tickets updates.

An opened ticket that correspond to an customer e-mail, if I answer after some days, Spiceworks open a new ticket and it doesn’t update my previous ticket.

I don’t use the ticket numer in the subject. Is it there the problem?

Yes i believe you need to use the ticket number as well as the brackets around them for the spiceworks application to know which ticket to add the comment too.

RobJ1982 is right, SW needs the ticket number in the subject.
