Hello!

After the last update, we are seeing that the tickets are not refreshing, even when you press Refresh Tickets. In order to refresh them, we have to go to a different category then go back to the one we need.

Is this a known issue or is there something we can do to resolve it on our end?

There was a problem in earlier versions of 7.4 up to 7.4.00070 with auto-refresh.

Did you try 7.4.00075 that was released Jul 31, 2015

I’m sorry for my delayed response. We did not try the update (mainly because they don’t check for updates periodically :smiley: ) I will get him to update at some point this week and will try it out. Thank you for reply!
