After the last update, we are seeing that the tickets are not refreshing, even when you press Refresh Tickets. In order to refresh them, we have to go to a different category then go back to the one we need.<\/p>\n

There was a problem in earlier versions of 7.4 up to 7.4.00070 with auto-refresh.<\/p>\n
Did you try 7.4.00075 that was released Jul 31, 2015<\/p>\n
