Our team has been contacted by a small handful of independent IT consultants wanting to work with us to broaden their services offering plus leverage our enterprise-class platforms, engineers and best practices. The relevant services include: service desk, remote monitoring and escalation, engineering resources on-demand, implementation/upgrade services, and value added resell. I am posting this to the community to see if this is a common interest/need for IT consultants or if these inquires are one-offs.
