We just acquired a company that uses 100% cloud based office 365 that uses powerapps, one drive and basically every office 365 service. Is there a comprehensive guide to bring this 50 user tenant entirely within our organizations? There’s not much online about this. I would prefer not to use a 3rd party. They use Azure AD and we use on prem AD.

IT would be great if we can temporarily setup a way to “toggle” between the 2 orgs.
We are using Bittan to copy everything over from them to us.

Thank you!

Whats the strategy with the acquisition from an IT point of view? You can possibly setup a forest trust?

They all work 100% remote so they wouldn’t need to authenticate to our local servers necessarily.

You can recreate those new users on-prem within your AD in a specific OU, so you would be able to manage the identities from an on-prem location in the following manner .
This would NOT require you to move the data to your tenant.

Otherwise, create the users and AADConnect should perform soft-match.
