It did not work. I now have the old community account that I want to preserve because of points, etc. and a new account with my current email address. I just found out that I can’t completely remove the new account to try the process again so I now appear to be stuck.

Why is there not a simple ‘Change Email’ form in the community or in the application? All I want is the community account, but I no longer have access to my old email address. I’m working somewhere that doesn’t use Spiceworks, so this is all very inconvenient.

Although Nic absolutely took care of my issue, this is an awfully cumbersome procedure for a simple email address change. There are better ways. Thanks for the help!
