It did not work. I now have the old community account that I want to preserve because of points, etc. and a new account with my current email address. I just found out that I can’t completely remove the new account to try the process again so I now appear to be stuck.<\/p>\n
Why is there not a simple ‘Change Email’ form in the community or in the application? All I want is the community account, but I no longer have access to my old email address.
