Vindication against the jealous Green Bay Packers.

The Tush Push ban was shot down by 2 votes.

Ambiguous if you don’t follow USA Pro Football.

In brief, The Philadelphia Eagles used a play called The Tush push or Brotherly Shove in which the offensive line lines up in a very low stance with the quarterback and running backs close behind. The ball is snapped to the QB and everyone surges forward with the running backs pushing the QB forward. This play probably has a 90% success rate to either get a first down or touch down in 1 yard or less situations. Part of the reason of high success is that Jalen Hurts, the Eagles quarterback can squat over 700 lbs which is insanely strong.

A few other teams use this method as well, but none with the success rate the Eagles have.

The Green Bay Packers proposed to ban this play but failed to get enough votes to pass the ban.

Tush Push Terminator Squad was acquired this offseason:

Not that the Bucs needed this to stop the Eagles anyways since we basically own them :flexed_biceps:t3::joy::smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

GO BUCS! FIRE THE CANNONS!

It’s a lot of beef, for sure, but we’ll see how they last through the season

I guess they were scared after all since they voted to ban the ‘Shove’.

I really hope they don’t attempt any sprints during practice without an ambulance standing by.

Plenty of oxygen tanks right next to them

Sadly, I’m still a Giants fan and have a blue jersey with 26.

You think that’s bad, I’ve been a Cowboys fan since the 6th grade!

Ok… I did not know about this LOL. This is embarrassing now LOL. Well I guess they just wanted to be covered on both fronts! If it got banned then W but even if it didnt get banned (which is what happened) then having Vita and Desmond ready at Defensive Tackle was the backup plan

The annoying thing is some owners were saying it was dangerous when no one has been hurt during the shove and some other owners claimed the shove was the reason Jason Kelce retired. He spoke to the owners himself to debunk that lie.

It boiled down to 22 teams were just flat out jealous that they cannot do it as well as the Eagles. Trying to ban a play because 1 team does it better than the rest is pretty lame.

Is that why the Cleveland Browns try to ban the QB position almost every year?

I think they gave up that ghost and now have 4 on staff. Who’s the odd man out???
