Since the last round of community maintenance recently (last week?), I’m unable to reset my community password. Thought I would check to see if it’s a known issue before emailing the community managers DL, or if this is just an isolated incident. Going to a personal Outlook account, not stuck in Junk. Waited several hours and tried again, thinking maybe the first attempt was just a fluke.

Are you doing this via https://accounts.spiceworks.com/ or another URL?

Is it giving you an error or are you simply not getting the email?

Doing it through the URL you listed. No error, just not receiving any reset emails in the past ~4 hours.

It looks like you may not be getting any emails from us, not just a reset password. At least, from what I can see, this started on Oct 27th if not earlier. Our ESP is saying: This email was not sent because the recipient previously marked your messages as spam.

Let me reach out and see about getting that lifted.

The man, the myth, the @jeffgrettler worked a little magic and I believe that resolved it. I just started the reset password process and I do see the email as Delivered so you should be good to go, now.

In fact, if you have email notices turned on for this topic, you should also get one for it.

I did indeed get both the password reset email as well as subscription notifications about the topic. Thanks for the help, not sure why it would have been marked as spam (I’m always good about unsubscribing on anything from anyone, never marking as spam).
